Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payment method

Initial-session booking and payment may be completed after redirection to app.andreasyan.io. Card payments are made on the secure Inecobank payment page. Andreasyan.io does not store and does not have access to full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or other sensitive payment method data. After payment, users receive a confirmation and receipt by email.

Accepted payment systems

Prices

• Initial consultation: 25,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
• Regular session: 30,000 AMD / 50 minutes.
• Business consultation: 20,000 AMD / hour.
• Courses: 0–50,000 AMD depending on course/training length and format. Free courses are shown as “Free”.

Cancellation and transfer

• To cancel or move a session, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance.
• If cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, the payment can be transferred to another session.
• If notice is given less than 48 hours in advance or the client does not attend, the full session fee is charged.
• Emergency cases are evaluated individually.

Refunds

• If Andreasyan.io cannot provide the service, the client receives a full refund.
• If payment and banking details are in order, the refund is initiated within 3 business days.
• Card payment refunds are returned through the same card/bank payment channel unless bank or payment rules require another procedure.
• Course refund or transfer rules are listed on the relevant course page and may depend on duration, format, scholarships, and bonuses.
